Teacher at JMRES is known as Mentor.
The academic team comprising enthusiastic and experienced educationists, is well versed with
latest pedagogy. The role of each member in this team is that of a learner alongside the students.
They are leader, motivator, facilitator, friend, guide, role model. The faculty is a highly dedicated,
dynamic, relaxed and enthusiastic with the ability to create a homely atmosphere in which the
child can express himself and learn. Mentors, as facilitators guide and counselors encourage the
development of each child by providing security & warmth and emphasizing self-discipline.
Teacher Support and Development
Teacher support and development is considered to be the backbone of the work at JMRES. Careful
selection of trained teachers is followed by a strong teacher development and support program. A
well designed in – service training program provides opportunities for teachers to:
